I understand – that the removal of my hair extensions should be carried out only by the hair extensionist to prevent natural hair damage. That I have full responsibility for
1) maintenance and
2) aftercare of the extensions.
The extensionist will provide any information and help required to assist you the wearer if any problems occur. The extensionist WILL NOT be held responsible NOR IN ANY WAY LIABLE (no refunds), if you the wearer decides that the extensions are not suitable for you for whatever reason. IT IS YOU THE WEARERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CONSIDER THE LOOK, COST AND COMMITMENT INVOLVED PRIOR TO APPLICATION. You must contact us 24 hours prior to a maintenance appointment to cancel or reschedule otherwise you will loose that appointment.
